Public-Private partnerships, utilizing tools such as the State Historic Tax Credit program, have saved some of Rhode Island's most treasured and iconic buildings. In fact, from 2002-2014, the State Historic Tax Credit program alone, has resulted in more than $1.4 billion in redevelopment. Below are some of the properties that have been saved through public-private partnerships.
